Government Code section 8211 specifies the maximum fees that may be charged for notary public services.​

Acknowledgments - $15 for each signature

Oaths/Affirmations -$15 per person

Jurats - $15 for each signature

Deposition Services - $30

Administering the oath to the witness - $7

Certificate to the deposition -$7

Powers of Attorney Certified Copy - $15

Signatures on vote by mail ballot identification envelopes or other voting materials - $0

Veteran’s Benefits - $0
